Welcome to Coven of Brows!🦇 Our very own little Witchy house of brows, beauty and laughter. I am so excited too to see you all and thank you again for your continued support. & if you’re new here I’m so excited to meet you! A few minor details to cover before your appointment so PLEASE READ: ✨PLEASE take time to review my CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a FEE. Also not showing up at all will result in a FEE. Please be considerate when cancelling your appointments, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. ✨My address is 14161 Newport Ave Suite “C” Feel free to park anywhere on our side of the lot, the other side is restaurant parking🖤 If you’re lost look for the bat 🦇 above my red door! Or text me! (714) 553-8913 A few things going forward: ✨Booking via text text or email are no longer accepted. Please use this website. If you need an earlier or later time not listed, text me to inquire only. ✨Payment for service can be made through Card reader but you will be charged a 2.6% tax on top of service. Cash is always an option as well ☺️ Cards on file are only required for cancellation fees. ✨Always send a text if you’re going to be a few minutes late! TRUST ME I don’t mind & there’s a chance I will be running behind also, in which case I text you :) I will allow a 10 minute grace period, after that I must skip you and you will have to rebook. Otherwise it creates a domino effect. Please remember this interferes with our allotted time for your appointment. This rule will depend on the situation at hand. ✨Please make sure when booking, you select all services needed & read each service carefully; certain add ons may not be in our time frame were as small ones will be just fine. ✨Last minute bookings may or may not be able to be fulfilled, so please allow enough time for booking. (This includes adding moms brows because she came with you) ✨If you are sick PLEASE stay home, we must be courteous to the other small businesses in the area. ✨Please make sure to notify me of any changes in your skin care routine!
CANCELLATION POLICY
I will be charging a 75% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours and no-shows. If for some reason you can not make your appointment please text me with advance notice so that I can properly rebook another client for the day.
